address to the Marquis of Normanby at his first function as administrator of
the Govt. Of Victoria 1901
Elected one of directors Australian Patents Exploitation Company 1911
Committee Member at the formation of the Liberal Union of Prospect Lived
with his unmarried sister Emily Frances BELTON who was born c1854 and continued
to live in Clifton Street until she died 22 August 1936. Also buried in North
Road Cemetery After
her death institutions which benefited under her will were the Home for
Incurables, Minda Home, the Adelaide Children's Hospital. the Old Folk's Home
(Magill), and the Royal Institution for the Blind. |
