Notes
(points of interest etc.) |
Sydney
began employment with the South Australian Company, from the 27th
October 1932. In 1936, when the last
manager died, the company s affairs (& 2 remaining staff including
Sydney) were transferred to Elders Trustee Co which finally liquidated the
company in 1949. Sydney was involved
with the winding up process & then remained at Elders Trustee until
retirement, (apart from time served as a medic in the army during the 2nd
world war.) |
